Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to value ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us via our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit an infringement claim, certain information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed.
  3. Information to locate the infringing material, including the URL of the page in question.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and authorized by the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil damages for misrepresentations in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

All takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for immediate attention.

Upon submitting a claim, be aware that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice and believe it was a mistake, you can provide a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the taken-down material and its original location.
  3. A statement that the material was removed by mistake.
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
